Our structured Support Service Plans provide full access to Technical Support and Maintenance for your product. Our Support and Maintenance team are empowered to solve your Business Analytics challenges through our secure remote support.
Plans include priority Support and Maintenance to customers already on current software assurance plans and provide for 3 different contract levels.
Support Service Contract levels include:
||Your Silver Support Services contract coverage gives you immediate access to certified support professionals who are ready to help you resolve your support issues. The Silver Level Plan includes 8 hours of Support and Maintenance time per month, responding to your support request within 12 hours, for 2 Named Users.|
||Gold Level Support Services contract includes 16 hours of Support and maintenance time over 2 months, for 2 Named Users and responding to your support issues within 12 hours. Gold Level coverage gives you immediate access to certified support professionals who are ready to help you resolve your support issues.|
||As a Platinum Level Support Services contract subscriber, you get direct access to our support professionals. As they understand your implementation, they are effectively an extension of your team. The Platinum Level Plan includes 16 hours of Support and Maintenance per month, response to your support query within 8 working hours and this is made available to 4 Named Users.|
